Yes the SAF MO are really a worthless bunch. Government doctors won't help write good memo because they scared blacklisted.

Best is find private specialist if you have the $$$ and also provided your condition is genuine.

After getting your memo you need to submit to your unit MO, and that is where your unit MO decides whether to board you (medical board - happens once a month). Of course, boarding you to what pes, excuses, all depends on what the MO writes, but not necessarily will pass.

Also please state your unit if it's comfortable so I can tell you whether you have a high chance of downgrading etc depending on the MO. 42/46/48/AETC?

However bad news is, the worst MO is from 42. Also, the worst superiors come from 42 too!

Please get your doctor/specialist to write specifically what you want in your memo, e.g. don't write general stuff like allergic to dust etc only, but write post-out, change of vocation, suitable environment to work in etc. You cannot depend on the incompetent MO from 42 to suggest post-out/re-vocate etc, because he operates at the whim of 42SAR's coy OCs. He consults them whether to post you out or revocate you instead of using his medical knowledge.

Lastly, never drag your case, because you will never know you will become a clerk or REC/saikang warrior at 42SAR until you ORD. They like to keep OOT/OOC personnel to do shit work after the BMT.

I asked my PC when are they posting me out. Heard from friends that I waited so long because maybe my Company Clerk too slack liao haven't submit my OOC to CMPB.

Asked PC if I should call CMPB, he said let them handle cuz don't by pass chains of command. I don't really know who to call.

I am lost, just know what I have to go for medical screenings but not told when.

I'm like a kid in a circus looking for my parents...sian!

If I get posted to Tenga Airbase I will be happy or any bases except gedong LOL!

Well if there's a posting out order, then u can only depend on your chief clerk. MO recommend but cannot do anything if the clerks don't work.

i was once a ooc also, i jus slack for a few weeks till my posting came out.

besides you haven get your medical review, i tink still got long time.

my suggestion just head to the medical center then request for a medical review and get the date from the medics there. should be faster than waiting for the date to come to you. lols.

How come some people ord as OOC? I saw some people ord today as OOC.. strange..
